Customisation
Customisation gives textiles a distinctive identity. It adds recognisability and function to garments. Logos, lettering and motifs are applied in a way that connects them with the textile and meets the requirements of the respective area of use. The choice of process depends on the type of fabric, motif, intended use and desired effect. Each customisation method follows clear technical principles and is used selectively to create a coherent overall appearance.

Embroidery
Custom embroidery gives textiles a particularly premium appearance. In the embroidery department, motifs, names or logos are applied directly to the textile using yarn and modern embroidery machines. Several machines operate in parallel and together achieve a capacity of more than five million stitches per hour. This allows even larger orders to be completed precisely within a short period of time. Embroidery is one of the most popular customisation methods. Thanks to many years of experience, both classic logos and complex motifs can be produced reliably. This method can be used on almost all items and is also suitable for smaller quantities.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a proven customisation process and is suitable for both small, detailed motifs and large-format logos. In the modern screen-printing department, textiles are customised with coloured motifs that are thermally fixed after printing. This fixation bonds the colours with the fabric. Only inks certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 are used for printing. In screen printing, each colour is applied to the textile using a stencil. This process produces even, opaque prints and is particularly suitable for larger quantities. The customisation can be washed at temperatures of up to 60 °C and is therefore also suitable for workwear. Despite the high colour coverage, the garment remains comfortable to wear – even with large-format motifs.
Flock
Flock is a customisation process that is particularly suitable for lettering, logos and clear motifs with a bold visual effect. It creates a velvety surface with a slightly raised feel, giving the textile a distinctive, premium appearance. In the flock process, the motif is first cut from a special flock film and then transferred onto the textile using pressure and high temperature. Flock is particularly suitable for motifs with clear contours and even areas. The surface has an intense colour appearance. At the same time, the garment remains comfortable to wear because the motif has a soft, textile-like structure. Flock is frequently used for sportswear, club clothing and workwear.
Transfer
Transfer customisation is particularly suitable for image motifs, logos with colour gradients and detailed designs. It is a flexible customisation method that can be used on almost all items. Thanks to its versatility, transfer printing is suitable for both simple logos and complex, photorealistic motifs. In the transfer process, the motif is transferred from a carrier film onto the textile using a transfer press under high pressure, high temperature and for a defined period of time. Once the film has been removed, only the motif remains on the textile. Transfer printing is suitable for almost all textiles and offers a comfortable feel, even with larger motifs. As an alternative to screen printing, this customisation method is also available on request with washability of up to 60 °C and is suitable for all quantities.
Digital Printing
Digital printing is particularly suitable for photographic prints, complex motifs and smaller quantities. This process enables short delivery times and offers a cost-effective solution for individual designs or special events. As no complex preparation is required, individual items and small production runs can also be produced efficiently. In digital printing, also known as direct printing, textiles are printed directly with colour – similar to the principle of an inkjet printer. The print data is processed directly from the digital artwork. The high print resolution allows photorealistic motifs, fine colour gradients, logos, lettering and detailed images to be reproduced precisely. Digital printing therefore offers a high degree of creative freedom and is ideal when flexibility, attention to detail and short response times are required.
Sublimation
Sublimation customisation is particularly suitable for sports and functional shirts with multiple logos or full-surface designs. In this process, the dye is not applied to the surface of the textile but transferred directly into the fibre. This means the surface of the fabric remains unchanged – the motif cannot be felt and does not visibly sit on top of the material. Functional properties of the material, such as breathability or moisture management (e.g. COOLMAX), are retained. In sublimation transfer, the motif is heated using a transfer press. Through time, pressure and temperature, the dye bonds with the white polyester or polyamide fabric. The result is an even, colour-intensive motif without transitions or edges. This customisation method is suitable for sporting use.
