Accessibility Information

Digital accessibility is important to us at trigema. Our aim is to design our online shop so that as many people as possible can use our products and services, regardless of any individual limitations.

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website and remove existing barriers.

Below, we provide information about our online offering, the applicable accessibility requirements and the current status of their implementation.

1. Description of our online shop

We offer clothing and other textile products for sale through our online shop at www.trigema.club.

Our range includes clothing for women, men and children, as well as sportswear and leisurewear.

Products can be found using the navigation menu, the various product categories or the search function. The individual product pages provide information about the items, such as available sizes, colours, materials and prices.

You can add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, where you can review and amend your selection.

You will then be guided through the checkout process. Here, you can enter the details required for your order, choose from the available delivery and payment methods and complete your purchase.

Our website also provides information about our company, our products, delivery, payment, returns and customer service.

Our online shop is subject to the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV).

These provisions are intended to ensure that digital services are generally accessible and usable by people with disabilities without particular difficulty and, wherever possible, without assistance from others.

The legal requirements relate in particular to the perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness of digital services.

When further developing the technical features and design of our online shop, we follow the European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), with the aim of meeting the requirements of conformance levels A and AA.

In doing so, we focus in particular on the following principles:

Perceivability

Information and content should be designed so that they can be perceived in different ways. This includes, for example, easily readable text, sufficient colour contrast and suitable text alternatives for non-text content.

Operability

The navigation and functions of the online shop should, wherever possible, be usable regardless of the input device employed. This includes, in particular, keyboard operation.

Understandability

Information and user processes should be clear and easy to understand. A well-organised page structure, unambiguous labels and clear instructions should make the shop easier to use.

Robustness

Technical content and functions should be implemented so that they can be used with different browsers, devices and assistive technologies, such as screen readers.

We take these principles into account as we gradually improve our digital offering.

3. Current accessibility status

Our online shop does not yet meet all digital accessibility requirements.

We use automated testing methods, among other measures, to assess our website. The most recent automated test for which results are available was carried out using Eye-Able software on 19 October 2026.

This identified technical and content-related barriers that may restrict access to certain content and functions.

The results of this test form the basis for further improvements. Automated testing alone cannot provide a comprehensive assessment of compliance with all requirements.

We are working to address the identified limitations progressively and further improve the accessibility of our online shop.

4. Known limitations

At present, accessibility limitations may arise in the following areas in particular:

Navigation and controls

Some links, buttons and interactive elements do not yet have sufficiently accessible labels. This may make them more difficult to use with assistive technologies.

Forms and input fields

Some input fields lack clear technical labels. This may cause difficulties, particularly for people using screen readers.

Images and multimedia content

Some images do not yet have suitable alternative text. For certain video content, it is also necessary to check whether all required accessible alternatives are available.

Page structure and content

Some pages still have limitations relating to heading structure, the identification of content regions and technical language tagging. This may make navigation more difficult when using assistive technologies.

Keyboard operation and embedded functions

Some interactive and embedded functions, for example within the store locator, may have limited usability when operated solely by keyboard or with assistive technologies.

This list is based on the test results available to date and is not exhaustive. Other limitations may exist.

5. Measures to improve accessibility

Improving digital accessibility is an ongoing process.

We take the applicable requirements into account when developing our online shop and review existing content and functions for potential barriers.

Our main areas of action include:

  • improving the accessibility of navigation elements, buttons and forms,
  • optimising keyboard accessibility,
  • structuring and labelling content clearly and understandably,
  • improving alternative text and multimedia content,
  • improving compatibility with assistive technologies.

Identified limitations are taken into account when planning and implementing technical and content-related improvements.
